Handlebars

My handlebars were shorter than the throttle and advance sleeves. I made aluminum plugs with a stud in one and and tapped in the other. I then remade the screw that connects the sleeve to the handlebar because I needed longer than the stock screws

My handlebars did not have the ferrule that that the sleeves fit into. I made one for each side and fit it to each sleeve
