Zenith T4x

I have 4 decent Zenith Carbs. Tim Cantele said he would be glad to help so I sent him the 4 carbs to him to perform his magic. More photos to come when I get them back from Tim
Carb bodies
I have several used main jets that were all 19s. I used an old body as a vise and drilled each jet to .037. Then I reamed each one by hand with a .038 ream. I got the ream from Chris Chemberlen. The ream is very hard to find and is not cheap and is very brittle.

After that I soldered the compensating jets shut and then drilled and reamed them to .038 which is a 20. No picture available of that
The drill bit is too small to fit in the drill bit. Luckily I had a small Jacobs chuck that held the drill bit

Using an old body as a vise to hold the jet. Here I am reaming the jet
