Here are a few kicker jaws

The decision was made to change out the kicker jaws and put a better set in. Vic and I put the set in and a week later I kicked the bike over and sheared off the tips of the gears. HOLY COW!!! I did not set the depth correct. I made a few calls and John Rhodes and Bill Klein shipped parts to me next day. I drove to Dan Emerson’s in Conn and we took The motor apart. We did not want to turn the motor upside down and sprinkle the metal shavings into the transmission. So we held the motor up in the air and took the pan off. We found that the holes bored in the end of the jaws are not uniform and the length of the jaws and the length of the outer cover are also not uniform. It made for a 4 hour puzzle to fit gears into the motor.
